Wayne E. Hassay, Partner
Mr. Hassay is a partner of our Firm. His practice areas include personal injury, insurance law and product liability.
Mr. Hassay's practice entails cases on behalf of Plaintiffs involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Mr. Hassay also regularly defends major food corporations against product liability suits.
He has been in private practice since joining the Ohio Bar in 1991. He began his legal career in Akron, Ohio at the law firm of Chuparkoff & Associates and practiced at Betras & Dann in Youngstown, Ohio. Since 1998, he has been with our Firm, becoming a partner in January of 2004.
Mr. Hassay has served as a commentator regarding personal injury and tort matters. He has spoken on and been an instructor to both his colleagues and the general public regarding his areas of practice. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
