Thomas J. Gallagher
Mr. Gallagher is an associate in our Columbus office where he practices in the areas of Probate/Estate Planning, Real Estate, Environmental Law, Land Use Planning and Zoning and Administrative Law.
Mr. Gallagher is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio where he worked in the Crime Victims Compensation and Environmental Enforcement Sections. Prior to joining Maguire & Schneider, Mr. Gallagher had a private practice where he concentrated in real estate, probate and environmental law.
Mr. Gallagher has lectured on environmental compliance for various organizations including the Ohio State Bar Association; Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky Chambers of Commerce and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has also served as an Instructor at Columbus State Community College where he taught classes on Environmental Regulations and Hazardous Waste Management. Mr. Gallagher is the author of "Gambling with Financial Assurance" which was published in the Environmental Law Journal of Ohio. He is admitted to practice before the Ohio state courts and the federal Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio.
