Matthew F.G. Martin

Mr. Martin is an associate attorney in our Columbus office where he practices in the areas of consumer, bankruptcy, business, banking and real estate law. Mr. Martin has represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings before both the Northern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts for the State of Ohio. He has represented clients in numerous consumer claims involving the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other state and federal consumer protection laws. He has represented clients in Lemon Law claims and arbitration. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio as well as to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
