Ted P. McClatchey

Mr. McClatchey is an associate in our Columbus office where he practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, consumer law, and elder law.

Mr. McClatchey has been in the legal field since 1983 having practiced as a certified paralegal prior to being admitted to the bar in 1994.

Past legal experience includes complex litigations in the areas of anti-trust, environmental law, construction contracts, and probate. Mr. McClatchey was also a reorganization plan writer for Cardinal Industries during their Chapter 11 reorganization.
