Ms. Sprankle is an associate of our Firm. Her practice areas include Federal, State and Local Taxation, Estate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Qualified Benefit Plans, and Tax-exempt Organizations. She works with and advises local small business and CPAs to provide timely and competent tax advice and opinion letters.
Ms. Sprankle began her career with Pauley, Curry, Sturgeon & Vanderford in Charleston, West Virginia, as an associate in the areas of corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, federal personal income tax, estate planning, tax-exempt entity creation, and ERISA compliance. Her litigation experience includes defending personal injury, discrimination, and product liability claims against individuals and businesses.
Ms. Sprankle is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, American Bar Association Tax Section, and the Columbus Bar Association.
