Robert H. Griffin, Jr.

Mr. Griffin is an associate in our Columbus office practicing primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, commercial leasing, real estate and estate planning and probate.

Mr. Griffin has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, partnership law, limited liability companies and state securities law. His practice includes representing both purchasers and sellers of small and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Griffin is admitted to practice before the courts of Ohio. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
