Bradley Davis Barbin, Of Counsel

Mr. Barbin devotes his practice to civil and criminal litigation in the State and Federal Courts. Over the course of Mr. Barbin's twenty four (24) year legal career, he has held several key positions in federal and state government. He has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh and Columbus. He was also appointed Criminal Justice Director by Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery. Recently he served as the Florida Attorney General’s Special Counsel and the National Chairperson in a lawsuit brought by all fifty (50) states against Ford Motor Company and Bridgestone Firestone. The lawsuit resulted in a settlement of over one hundred million dollars to the fifty (50) states.

He is a former President of the Columbus Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has served on the Advisory Committee to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has taught trial advocacy at the Ohio State University School of Law and is a frequent Guest Lecturer to bar associations and law enforcement in Ohio and throughout the nation.

Mr. Barbin is the recipient of two Department of Justice Special Achievement Awards. Martindale Hubbell has given Mr. Barbin its highest rating, AV.
