Aaron J. Weir

Aaron J. Weir was born in Salem, Ohio. He graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing in 2002 from the Boler School of Business. Mr. Weir earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from Capital University Law School, graduating Order of the Curia. While in law school, Mr. Weir served as a law clerk all three years for Maguire & Schneider, LLP.

In addition to his J.D., Mr. Weir received his Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University in 2005, and completed his studies as an intern for GMR Sports Marketing in Charlotte, North Carolina in the Fall of 2005, and is currently working towards completing his L.LM. in Taxation from Capital University Law School. Mr. Weir presently focuses his practice on general business and corporate law, and trademark law. Mr. Weir is a member of the American Bar Associaton, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Mr. Weir is licensed to appear before all State courts in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
