Maguire & Schneider’s Criminal Law practice encompasses all aspects of criminal defense. Our attorneys have extensive experience defending criminal cases, and have represented cases that literally run the gamut of criminal charges, from the defense of capital punishment murder cases to minor misdemeanor violations. By way of example, the criminal law attorneys at Maguire & Schneider have represented individuals indicted on felony offenses such as felonious assault, robbery and aggravated robbery, theft and fraud related offenses. Additionally, the attorneys have extensive experience in the representation of OMVI, vehicular homicide, assault and domestic violence, internet based crime, harassment, and various misdemeanor offenses.
Two of our attorneys have, between the two of them, represented thirty criminal defendants charged with capital offenses where the death penalty was at risk. Our other criminal attorneys have experience as former city, county and state prosecutors as well as the public defender’s office and in private practice. Maguire and Schneider L.L.P., has the experience needed to handle all pre-trial motions, discovery and trial needs for all offenses.
Maguire & Schneider’s practice is state-wide, but we focus our representation on cases pending in Franklin County and the surrounding counties of Union, Delaware, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Fairfield.
