Pre-Paid Legal Services

Ohio Access To Justice, Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of the State of Ohio. OAJ is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., and offers various types of pre-paid legal plans to Ohio individuals and small businesses. Maguire & Schneider is under contract with OAJ to perform certain legal services for OAJ's members.

Every attorney-client relationship starts with a consultation. A membership in the OAJ Legal Plan gives an individual telephone access to the consultation services of Maguire & Schneider lawyers. Simply stated, when an OAJ member has a legal problem, a call is made to Maguire & Schneider using the toll free membership number in order to consult with one of our lawyers. Once a consultation occurs a decision can be made on how best to handle the client's legal problem.

Maguire & Schneider has enjoyed its status as the Ohio provider law firm since January of 1995. In 1998 Maguire & Schneider was recognized by Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. with the award of "Excellence", the highest award for customer service. That recognition for service continued in 1999 when Maguire & Schneider was honored with the "Achievement" award.
