Walter R. Pierce

Walter R. Pierce is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP. He graduated from the Capital University Law School in 1974 where he was an editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Curia.

Mr. Pierce served in the US Air Force as both an engineer and as an attorney with the Judge Advocate General Corps. He worked for the Department of Defense in various legal roles, retiring from the Department in 2001 as the Regional Counsel for the Defense Logistics Agency. Thereafter he taught paralegal and private investigations courses with a junior college in Columbus. His background involves tort, contracts, trial practice, litigation, civil procedure, and associated fields relating to business and criminal procedure.
